5101 Preston Hwy encroachment permit for AT&T aerial cable placement

AT&T is accessing a pole line to place and splice aerial cable on Gilmore Lane between Preston Hwy and Crafty Drive, tied to the property at 5101 Preston Hwy (owner: Tarek Mogharbel Trust). Expect driving-lane and sidewalk closures — crews say any time the aerial cable crosses the road it will stop traffic for no more than five minutes; work is scheduled roughly 6/17/2026–7/17/2026 and no restoration is expected.
