960 Baxter Ave, 101 encroachment permit issued

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) will be installing a new water service at 960 Baxter Ave, Unit 101 for owner Shamlight LLC, which requires one 6'x8' street cut and one 5'x5' sidewalk cut. Work is planned weekdays roughly 9:00 AM–3:00 PM from June 10 to July 10; crews will close the southbound curb and driving lane on the west side and the west-side sidewalk with flaggers in place, plate the road each night, and restore the area per LMPW utility policy.
