1000 Samuel St encroachment permit issued for LGE work
Louisville Gas & Electric Company is planning utility work at 1000 Samuel St for owner William T. Starnes, including replacement of 34 poles and temporary closures of the eastbound curb lane and the southernmost sidewalk. The project is scheduled June 9–July 7, 2026 as a continuation of a prior permit, with line transfers and pole removals coordinated through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS); work hasn’t started yet.
