717 E MARKET ST encroachment permit issued for water service and lane closure

Louisville Water (applicant Brad Walter McBride) is installing a new water service at 717 E Market St for owner CCM Holdings LLC, with one 8x8 street cut and one 5x5 sidewalk cut planned. Work on E Market St (between S. Clay and S. Shelby) will close the westbound curb and driving lane on the north side, use traffic control and flaggers, post six no-parking signs, and have the road plated and reopened at the end of each shift; the work is scheduled from 06/09/2026 to 07/10/2026 with restoration per LMPW utility policy.
