4105 Bells Ln encroachment permit submitted for Norfolk Southern railroad work
Norfolk Southern, via applicant Andrea D. Janka of Safety Services & Supply, will perform emergency railroad repairs at 4105 Bells Ln on property owned by H & J LLC. Crews will cut pavement, tear out blacktop, replace a rail defect and repave the crossing—all within the railroad right-of-way—with Metro Road closed and detours provided; restoration will follow CSX guidelines.
