Ivey Mechanical Co LLC is lining up a crane to lower a piece of equipment into the basement of Flats on Fifth, triggering a partial lane and sidewalk closure at 511 S 5th St, Unit 1004. The work, for owner TEG The Flats On 5th LLC, will close the sidewalk and part of the lane between the parking garage on S. 5th Street and Muhammad Ali Blvd from June 9 to June 16, 2026, so the gear can be installed through the sidewalk grating.
