Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reader camera and a Flock pole for LMPD on the south side of Greenwood Avenue in the right-of-way next to 1836 Greenwood Ave; the property is owned by Emmanuels Properties LLC. The permit notes a small street cut (two 2x2 cuts at 1836 Greenwood Ave), techs will park a van on the adjacent grassy area, and no lane, sidewalk, or road closures are expected.
