2460 GRINSTEAD DR 1 issued continuation encroachment permit

Louisville Water Company is moving forward under a continuation encroachment permit for a lead-service replacement at 2460 Grinstead Dr, closing a lane between Ray Ave and Glenmary Ave for one pavement cut about 4' x 5' in the center turn lane. The road will be plated and reopened at the end of each work shift and restored per Louisville Metro Public Works utility policy; residents were notified on 4/28/2026. Work is scheduled 5/31–6/27/2026, the property owner is QVC Properties LLC, Basham Construction is the contractor, and Joseph Sloan is the project manager.
