1839 FRANKFORT AVE encroachment permit for sidewalk entryway replacement

JR Contracting will remove and pour back the entryway sidewalk at 1839 Frankfort Ave for the American Printing House For The Blind, replacing the sidewalk portion of the driveway and doing one 24-foot street cut. The work is scheduled the week of June 4–11, 2026 with the sidewalk closed (they say it’ll be done over a weekend), and the record notes a historic mix is required for the new sidewalk.
