4636 Southcrest Dr encroachment permit filed for rear alley closure and drainage

MSD is planning to install a new drainage pipe and a concrete valley gutter from the rear of 4636 Southcrest Drive to Woodlawn Ave, which will require closing part of the Southcrest Drive rear alley during construction and a westbound lane closure on W Ashland Ave. The property is owned by Roche Elizabeth M & Johnston William; MSD project manager Joe Exely (502-438-0542, joseph.exely@louisvillemsd.org) and contractor Matt Nally of Triumph Landscape are listed, and the alley will be restored with a central concrete valley gutter and concrete pavement.
