1546 Bardstown Rd issued encroachment permit for LG&E restoration along US-150

LG&E is restoring US-150 (Bardstown Road) after a transmission pole replacement, with the work taking place at 1546 Bardstown Rd, a property owned by George Gates Chevron Service Inc. The intermittent work—permitted between Stevens Ave and Strathmoor Blvd and coordinated by applicant Hunter McKinney of AGE Engineering Services—will close the easterly driving lane from June 1–22, 2026 but will always leave at least one lane open in each direction and will not require a full road closure; crews will remove signage and cones at the end of each day.
