8920 Pennsylvania Run Rd applied for ROW encroachment and private driveway permits

Jacqueline Butler is applying to widen the two existing driveway aprons and add a private connecting driveway at 8920 Pennsylvania Run Road. Both curb cuts sit inside the 20-foot right‑of‑way so no new road access is proposed — the on‑property drive will create a drive‑through for the mail carrier, accommodate larger vehicles to prevent drainage/culvert damage, and will be routed around a mature maple about 18 feet from the easement to protect its roots. She submitted the work as a combined Encroachment/Right‑of‑Way and driveway permit request and is asking officials about allowable apron/drive widths, drainage and impervious‑surface rules, required site plans, and whether both permits can be reviewed together.
