3200 Fern Valley Rd encroachment permit, lane closure on Industrial Blvd

Louisville Water Company is continuing a water-main installation project along Industrial Blvd between Preston Hwy and Fern Valley Rd that affects the area around 3200 Fern Valley Rd; the property owner is Papercone Corp. Crews (contractor CJ Hughes) will close a lane with flaggers and make one long pavement cut — about 4' x 5,279' along the south side of Industrial Blvd — plating the road and reopening it at the end of each shift, with restoration per LMPW utility policy; work is scheduled roughly May 27–Sept 26, 2026.
