1630 ALMARA CIR encroachment permit for geotechnical boring in grass

7NT Engineering is planning geotechnical soil borings in the grass verge at the southwest corner of Almara Cir between Abigail Dr and Vivian Ln — work listed for 1630 Almara Cir and scheduled from May 29 to July 31, 2026. Applicant Sarah Sennet (with Project Manager Charle Anderson and contractor 7NT) will perform the borings in the metro-owned right-of-way near owners Richard A. and Martha Degener; the project includes a lane closure but aims to avoid blocking sidewalks or heavy traffic using MUTCD-compliant controls. Disturbed spots will be backfilled, graded, seeded or repaved to metro standards when each boring is finished, and this permit continues earlier investigation work for the larger MSD project.
