515 Tin Dor Way issued continuation encroachment permit for Callie Dr water main

Louisville Water Company (applicant Kelli Starnes) is continuing a Callie Drive project to install a new water main, including one pavement cut 4' x 575' starting at 515 Tin Dor Way and running toward Kirsch Way. The road between Tin Dor Way and Kirsch Way may be closed during work shifts but will be plated and reopened at the end of each shift, with restoration done per LMPW utility policy and residents already notified. Owner Wilcox Joel Kelly is listed; the job is managed by Jacob Clark, contracted to Basham Construction, inspected by Kevin Sturgeon, and scheduled for May 31–June 13, 2026.
