7017 Kentucky Ave Applied for encroachment permit to create driveway within ROW

Applicant Daniel Yevtenko, on behalf of Direct Home Solution LLC, has applied for an encroachment/curb-cut permit to create a new residential driveway at 7017 Kentucky Ave, with asphalt pavement and work scheduled from May 21 to November 21, 2026. The permit spells out the rules: within the right of way the driveway can’t exceed 20 feet and must be a hard, durable surface; outside the right of way it may cover up to 50% (up to 32 feet), and the driveway must lead to a garage or the rear yard.
