920 Dupont Rd received continuation geotechnical boring encroachment permit

7NT Engineering has a continuation permit to do temporary subsurface geotechnical borings along Dupont Road between Breckenridge Lane and Browns Lane, focused around the parking pad at 920 Dupont Road. The work (on property owned by Borders Family Ltd Ptr) runs May 29–July 24, 2026, will involve excavation and a lane closure but not sidewalk or full road closures, uses MUTCD-compliant traffic controls, and crews say they'll backfill, grade, seed, and restore any disturbed grass or pavement to Metro standards when finished.
