315 BINGHAM WAY encroachment permit issued for Downtown Tunes at Waterfont Park
Louisville Downtown Partnership has an encroachment permit to place interactive musical instruments as a temporary art program at Waterfront Park, located at 315 Bingham Way. The property is owned by Parking Authority of River City Inc., and the issued curb-cut encroachment runs from May 22 to July 18, 2026 — about nine weeks of pop-up, hands-on music along the riverfront.
