1441 GARDINER LN road work permit approved for underground construction

Expect lane shifts and sidewalk and lane closures on Gardiner Ln at 1441 Gardiner Ln while Accelecom bores under the street to install a 1.25-inch conduit and 24-fiber optic cable, first 56 feet north under Gardiner then 168 feet southwest toward the building.
The permit is approved for underground construction only, runs Sept. 1 through Oct. 31, forbids any pole attachments or aerial work, and restoration will follow the city’s utility policy.
