Team Fishel, working for Fiber AssetCo LLC DBA Zayo, plans to place about 249 feet of new 2-inch HDPE duct and fiber at 1800 Norris Pl, a property owned by Bellarmine University Inc. The crew will use directional boring with one handhole in the soft-surface right-of-way on the south side of Richmond Dr. and a crossing of Norris Pl., and will require temporary lane closures—Phase 1 along the southbound/western lane of Norris Pl. and Phase 2 along the eastbound/southern lane of Richmond Dr. Work is scheduled between 08/24/2026 and 09/06/2026, with restoration plans on file.
