310 S HANCOCK ST 111 repaints exterior buildings 1 and 2; sidewalk lane closures
Mel Hatcher of 310@Nulu, representing owner 310 Nulu Partners BMF I LLC, is lining up a repaint of the exteriors of Buildings 1 and 2 at 310 S Hancock St, Unit 111. The June 1–13, 2026 work will use an 85' straight boom lift for power washing, cement-board replacement, and painting, with sidewalk closures (MUTCD-compliant signs) and some lane impacts while BDL Painting (Cesar Rodriguez) tackles the job.
