2536 Hawthorne Ave encroachment curb cut permit issued

Applicant Linda Centers (owner Adrian P Centers) is repaving the existing asphalt driveway/parking area off the alley and Bon Air Avenue at 2536 Hawthorne Avenue under an encroachment/curb-cut permit that has been issued. The work includes a curb cut and will only replace deteriorating pavement — no new square footage will be added — and is scheduled from May 19, 2026 to November 19, 2026.
