Kiewit is relocating large girders and deck panels from its laydown yard at the corner of Preston and Finzer, staging the work at 400 Finzer St (owner: Rebound Inc). The moves—scheduled June 1 to Nov. 1, 2026—will use temporary slow rolls with no lane, sidewalk, or road closures and no pavement cuts, shuttling materials to spots including S Brook Street north of Caldwell, the CSX Bridge, Hill Street to Burnett Avenue, and the I‑65 Northbound ramp from Crittenden.
