611 S 4TH ST Encroachment Permit for Downtown Tunes
Louisville Downtown Partnership is applying for an encroachment/curb cut permit to place interactive musical instruments as a temporary art program along S 4th St at 611 S 4th St. The installation, filed under property owner Off Broadway Lofts LLC, is scheduled from May 22 through July 18, 2026, and will put mobile, playable instruments in the public right-of-way—think an invite to make some roadside music.
