1940 HARVARD DR encroachment to close street and sidewalk for billboard removal
Outfront Media plans to close Harvard Drive and the sidewalk in front of 1940 Harvard Dr to remove a billboard from the empty building, parking a crane truck on site and aiming to finish in under six hours with a rain/wind backup day. All debris will be removed by Outfront and any damaged sidewalk slab will be fully replaced; the property owner is Bella Properties LLC and the work is scheduled for the May 29–June 5, 2026 window.
