9806 CARLTON DR encroachment permit issued for curb lane closure and dirt cut

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Zachary Mark Lambertus) will close the southbound curb lane on Carlton Drive between Linda Drive and the dead end to make a small dirt cut and repair a gas leak at 9806 Carlton Dr. Crews will perform one 3' x 5' dirt cut starting 05/25/2026 with work expected to finish around 06/22/2026, and the cut will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy; the property owner is Lorena Esquivel Hernandez.
