1130 LEHIGH AVE encroachment permit issued to close eastbound curb lane
Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Zachary Mark Lambertus) plans a brief eastbound curb lane closure on Lehigh Ave between Taylor Blvd and Peachtree Ave to perform a single 3' x 5' dirt cut at 1130 Lehigh Ave to repair a gas leak. Work is scheduled May 22–June 19, 2026, the cut will be restored under the Louisville Metro Public Works restoration policy, and the property is owned by Tomcyn Productions LLC.
