3522 Hughes Rd Encroachment Permit issued for LGE electric work

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) is set to do utility work at 3522 Hughes Rd, a property owned by Barbara Jane Dyer, with work scheduled May 21–June 18, 2026. The crew will close the eastbound curb lane on Hughes Road between Iola Road and Ridge Line Drive to replace one utility pole; line transfer and pole removal notifications will go through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS), and the area around the pole will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy.
