500 E Burnett Ave encroachment permit issued for lane and sidewalk closures
Louisville Gas & Electric Company will be doing electrical work on E Burnett Ave between S Preston St and S Hancock St for the property at 500 E Burnett Ave, which is owned by Cepeda Associates Inc. They’ve applied to close the eastbound curb lane and the southernmost sidewalk to install one new pole (the area around the pole will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy), with work scheduled May 25–Aug 28, 2026.
