332 W Broadway Street: temporary sidewalk and lane closure on Broadway (3rd-4th)

Chase Michael Schnell of Schnell Contractors, Inc. is requesting an emergency temporary sidewalk and lane closure on Broadway between 3rd and 4th to inspect a broken concrete cornice that fell from the Heyburn Building at 332 W Broadway, which is owned by IBC Property Holdings LLC. They plan to position an aerial boom lift at the corner of 4th and Broadway so workers can safely assess the damage and scope needed for repairs, with work scheduled to start 05/13/2026.
