8212 Rochelle Rd encroachment curb cut permit issued

Applicant Josue Caballero filed an encroachment permit to widen the existing driveway at 8212 Rochelle Rd, which is owned by Guerra Adaris Blanco. The issued curb-cut permit says the portion inside the right-of-way can’t exceed 20 feet and must be a hard, durable surface, while outside the right-of-way the driveway may be up to half the lot width (maximum 32 feet) and must lead to the garage or rear yard.
