2127 RATCLIFFE AVE encroachment permit for gas leak repair dirt cut
Louisville Gas & Electric Company is applying for an encroachment permit to close the westbound curb lane on Ratcliffe Avenue to perform a one-time 3' x 5' dirt cut to repair a gas leak at 2127 Ratcliffe Ave. The work is slated to run May 18–June 15, 2026, and the excavation will be restored under the LMPW utility restoration policy. The property is owned by Rhonda P. Brown, and project contacts include project engineer Lori Boisvert and applicant Zachary Mark Lambertus for questions.
