4041 Busath Ave: LGE applied to close westbound curb lane and replace one pole

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will replace one utility pole at 4041 Busath Ave — owned by Bald Johnnie Ray & Paulette G — and will close the westbound curb lane on Busath between Buechel Bank Road and the dead end while crews work. The job is scheduled May 18–June 15, 2026; the area around the pole will be restored under the LMPW restoration policy, and line-transfer and pole-removal notices will be handled through the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS).
