1317 Longfield Ave encroachment permit for sidewalk closure and 4x5 pavement cut

Louisville Water Company is doing a lead service-line replacement that will close the sidewalk and require a single 4' x 5' pavement cut on the westbound side of Longfield Avenue. The work at 1317 Longfield Ave (owner Pack Rat LLC) runs roughly May 24–June 27, 2026; the road will be plated and reopened to traffic after shifts, restoration will follow LMPW utility policy, resident notifications were sent May 11, and project manager Joseph Sloan with contractor Basham Construction are overseeing the job.
