1964 Trevilian Way submitted for encroachment permit for retaining wall

Geoffrey W. Carter has submitted an encroachment permit to build a retaining wall and level the front hillside at 1964 Trevilian Way. The excavation project—including new steps to tie into the existing walkway—is meant to create a flatter spot so passengers can exit vehicles without battling the steep grade, and it's scheduled to run from May 7, 2026 to about May 29, 2026.
