4802 Stony Brook Dr: Encroachment permit issued for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel on behalf of Zayo (formerly Crown Castle) will be installing fiber along Stony Brook Dr between Laverne Dr and Roman Dr, with work taking place at 4802 Stony Brook Dr. The project for owner Willouby Jason Travis involves placing roughly 164 ft of new 1.25-inch HDPE duct with fiber—about 31 ft by open trench crossing under pavement and ~133 ft by directional bore—requiring a single 22' x 2' street cut in the asphalt and phased temporary lane closures (northbound/east then southbound/west). Work is scheduled for August 17–30, 2026, and Team Fishel notes restoration plans are included.
