2101 Saratoga Dr Encroachment Permit issued for fiber optic placement

Team Fishel on behalf of Zayo (formerly Crown Castle) will place new fiber-optic duct and cable in the right-of-way at 2101 Saratoga Dr., a parcel owned by Harryman Dustin Matthew. Crews will directional-bore about 158 feet of 1.25-inch HDPE duct and install one handhole in the dirt on the northeast side of Saratoga, with a temporary closure of the northbound (eastern) lane; work is scheduled for August 3–16, 2026, and will be restored per the submitted plans.
