1400 Christy Ave Encroachment Perm it for fiber optic placement
Team Fishel, working for Zayo (formerly Crown Castle), has an encroachment permit to place roughly 580 feet of new aerial fiber on existing lines near 1400 Christy Ave. The aerial-only work on Edward Street between Christy Ave and Highland Ave will require a temporary northbound lane closure from July 27 to August 9, 2026, and the property is listed to Heyward Madison Renee—so expect daytime crews and a few traffic shifts while they string the cable.
