6020 Chenoweth Run Rd Encroachment Permit Issued for Culvert Replacement

Seven Seas Construction will replace a box culvert in the right-of-way in front of 6020 Chenoweth Run Road, a property owned by Denise Motta. The job between Old Heady Road and Gellhaus Lane includes removing a 4' x 6' three-sided culvert and installing a new RCP culvert, replacing headwalls, regrading slopes, adding channel lining, and replacing a 12" PVC water main, and it will require a road closure and an 18' x 36' pavement cut. Street restoration calls for a 36' x 18' full-depth pavement replacement, milling and overlaying 25 feet each side, and grass seeding with straw blanket; work is scheduled for 05/11/2026–06/15/2026 and Metro permit fees are waived under the project specifications.
