3900 ACCOMACK DR encroachment permit for relocation of solar-powered LPR camera
Flock Safety is relocating an LMPD license-plate reader by installing one solar-powered camera and moving an existing pole at 3900 Accomack Dr (between Westport Rd and Bridgewood Court) — the permit notes the pole has continued to be damaged in its original spot. Work will take place in the east-side right-of-way with technicians parking on the adjacent grassy area, includes a small pavement cut with a restoration and site-specific traffic-control plan, is scheduled from May 22 to July 10, 2026, and the property owner is 3906 Springhurst LLC.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
