13125 Eastpoint Park Blvd encroachment permit to install solar LPR camera

Flock Safety is installing one solar-powered license-plate-reader camera and a Flock pole for LMPD on the south side of Nelson Miller Parkway, with the work area closest to 13125 Eastpoint Park Blvd between LaGrange Road and Eastpoint Parkway. The property owner is 13125 Eastpoint LLC; crews plan a small 2' x 2' street cut, will park a service van on the adjacent grassy area, and the permit includes a site-specific traffic control and restoration plan for work scheduled roughly from 05/22/2026 to 07/10/2026.
