3300 Eagle Pass encroachment permit for gas work near Nightingale Rd and Falcon Dr.

Louisville Gas & Electric Company is planning work at 3300 Eagle Pass to repair a gas leak and has applied for an encroachment permit. The project calls for closing the southbound curb lane between Nightingale Road and Falcon Drive and making one 3' x 5' dirt cut starting May 13, 2026, through about June 10, 2026. The cut will be restored under LMPW's restoration policy, the property is listed to owner Warner Daniel Keith, and it looks like a short, targeted repair rather than long-term road work.
