324 W Broadway encroachment permit issued for curb lane and sidewalk closures

Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Derek Wilkins) will be doing underground cable work on West Broadway between South 4th Street and South 3rd Street that will affect 324 West Broadway from May 13 to June 10, 2026, including closure of the eastbound curb lane and the southernmost sidewalk. Crews will make two cuts—a 3' x 15' asphalt cut and a 3' x 270' sidewalk cut—to install the underground cable, with all cuts to be restored under the LMPW Restoration Policy; the property owner is IBC Property Holdings LLC.
