9806 WATTERSON TRL encroachment permit for buried Lumos Fiber installation

Lumos Fiber of Kentucky is planning to place new fiber in the city right-of-way along Watterson Trail, running from Jefferson Park Place to Walnutwood Way and affecting the area around 9806 Watterson Trl. The work — led by Project Engineer Danielle Allen with Ledcor as general contractor — will use directional boring to install 1.25" HDPE conduit, set handholes, and pull and splice about 631 feet of fiber, and will require shoulder and lane closures. Work is scheduled weekdays from 8 AM–5 PM between 05/11/2026 and 06/05/2026, and the property owner is Francisco Jose Miguel.
