700 E Main St 104 sidewalk closure for pedestrian safety

MC Associates, LLC is asking to close the sidewalk at 700 East Main Street, Unit 104 (between South Shelby Street and South Clay Street) to protect pedestrians during demolition of the existing building. The owner is Nulu Central Station LLC; the permit notes no cuts to asphalt or sidewalk and requires any damage be restored to its previous condition or better, with work scheduled to run from May 11, 2026, through May 11, 2027.
