1001 W KENTUCKY ST encroachment permit submitted for CSX work

Safety Services & Supply, Inc., represented by Andrea D. Janka, is working with CSX on emergency, year‑end rail repairs at the railroad crossing by 1001 West Kentucky Street, a property owned by D & J Development Inc. The encroachment permit covers closing Metro Road between Swan and Logan Streets with detours, cutting out and replacing pavement to fix a rail defect and repaving — all work inside the railroad right‑of‑way and scheduled June 22 to July 4, 2026 with restoration per CSX guidelines.
