1001 E OAK ST encroachment permit submitted for CSX rail work
CSX is planning emergency, year‑end railroad crossing repairs at 1001 E Oak St, filed through Safety Services & Supply, Inc. (Andrea D. Janka). The work on property owned by John Gerstle will cut pavement, tear out blacktop, replace rail and repave the crossing inside the railroad right‑of‑way, requires a road closure with detours, and includes restoration per CSX guidelines from June 22 to July 4, 2026.
