4518 Robards Ln submitted for encroachment permit for railroad crossing curb

Central Seal Company is planning a short flagging operation to install sections of continuous curb at the railroad crossing on Robards Lane (4518 Robards Ln) to channelize traffic and deter drivers from sneaking around the lowered crossing arm; the property is owned by MAH2 LLC.
