325 W Main St encroachment permit for sidewalk closure during Well #2 rehab
National Water Services, LLC (applicant Cody James Brothers) will rehabilitate Well #2 for owner Schneider Ground Co LLC at 325 W Main St. The work, planned May 25–29, 2026, will require closing the sidewalk and a curb lane between Main Street and River Road so crews can access and service the existing groundwater well.
