1428 S 1ST ST Issued Encroachment Permit for gas work and curb lane closure
Louisville Gas & Electric Company (applicant Zachary Mark Lambertus) will close the southbound curb lane on S 1st Street between W Burnett Avenue and W Magnolia Avenue to perform a 3' x 5' dirt cut to repair a gas leak at 1428 S 1st Street. The property owner is Corinna N. Stephens; the work is scheduled for May 4–June 1, 2026, and the excavation will be restored per the LMPW utility restoration policy. Expect a brief southbound curb-lane closure while crews make the repair.
